Hard Freeze Warning


Hard freeze warning in effect from 2 am to 8 am PST Saturday…

The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a hard freeze
warning… which is in effect from 2 am to 8 am PST Saturday.

* Temperature: lows Saturday morning will range from the low to
mid 20s along the coast and mid to upper teens in
Douglas… Jackson and Josephine counties.

* Impacts: exposed plumbing and irrigation lines not properly
protected may burst. Sensitive vegetation such as Peach trees
may be damaged.

Precautionary/preparedness actions…

A hard freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are
imminent or highly likely.
