Cancer Society Fundraiser “Zombiefest” Still Looking For Sponsors

The Coos Bay ZombieFest, an American Cancer Society fundraiser, is looking for sponsors, vendors and volunteers.  ZombieFest will be held at the pedway in downtown Coos Bay starting at 11:30am on Saturday, October 8th, with the zombie walk/crawl. There also will be a zombie beauty pageant, jello brain eating contest, quarantine and make up booths, four live bands and much more. The day will end with the showing of “Night of the Living Dead” at 6pm, followed by “Zombieland” at the Green Spot, 181 Anderson Avenue.  Admission to the movies is a canned food donation.  For more information or to become a sponsor, vendor or volunteer, call 916-715-7539
