Jacob Nathaniel Frasier was scheduled to appear in Juvenile court this morning for a hearing on charges of Second Degree abuse and 3rd degree rape. Frasier is the son of District Attorney Paul Frasier. He was arrested and released after his father turned him over to authorities in December following accusations of a sexual relationship with a 13 year old girl. The matter is being handled by the Douglas County District Attorney in Juvenile Court. Two others were also arrested in connection with the case.
