Powerful Tools For Cargivers Classes Start March 1st in North Bend

There will be a series of classes to help unpaid care-givers of older adults. These free classes are designed to help care-givers reduce stress, improve communication, locate resources and more. The classes will start Thursday, March 1st and every Thursday through April 5th. These ‘Powerful Tools for Caregivers’ use interactive lessons, discussions and brainstorming. The classes are free, thanks to support from the Area Agency on Aging. They’ll be held at the Bay Area Health and Education Center in North Bend.
