Storm Water Overflow at the Coquille River


Due to the rainfall on February 12th, the City of Coquille Waste Water Plant was inundated by storm water and the Waste Water Plant began overflowing raw sewage and storm water into the Coquille River on Sunday. The Oregon Emergency Response System and Department of Environmental Quality were notified of the overflow and signs remain posted in the area to warn people using the Coquille River of the overflow.
