The deputy eventually stopped the vehicle at milepost three on North Bank and learned that both the driver, 24-year-old Peter Michael Sizemore and passenger Felicia Leigh Lawton, had warrants from Florence on Theft charges. Lawton was also wanted for a probation violation. Both were taken to the Coos County jail. Sizemore was charged with Felony Elude, Reckless Driving and Driving While Suspended and Uninsured. Sizemore is being held on $48,000 bail, Lawton is being held without bail.
