The Oregon Coast Culinary Institute is representing the USA at the 2012 Culinary Olympics in Erfurt Germany. This Saturday the team will practice their skills Saturday and prepare their culinary creations that they will prepare in the Olympics for a panel of judges. You can sample cuisine, receive an autographed picture of their signature dish and meet the competitors. It’s a limited opportunity June 9^th for only 80 people. The cost is $75 dollars or $125 for couples.
