Kitzhaber Orders Flags At Half-Mast


At the request of President Obama, Governor Kitzhaber has ordered all flags to be lowered to half-mast out of respect for the shooting victims and their families in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Flags throughout Oregon will fly at half mast until sundown on Friday, August 10th
