Rockin’ Around Oregon With Gem Show


Everyone is invited to the 42nd Annual Gem and Mineral Club show on Saturday and Sunday, September 8th and 9th. Rockin’ Around Oregon with plenty of gems to view and appreciate. Rock and jewelry dealers are welcome. There will be demonstrations, a wheel of fortune, a silent auction and raffle prizes. For you gold enthusiasts, there will be a gold panning booth and prospecting equipment. A free children’s rock hunt and rock painting on Saturday at 11am, 2pm and 4pm–Sunday at 1pm and 3pm. Free admission; donations are gratefully accepted. At the Douglas County Fairgrounds, I-5, exit 123. Food concessions will be available.
