Flags To Be Flown At Half Staff Honoring Anders


Governor Kitzhaber has ordered that all flags be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset today, in honor of 21-year-old specialist Mabry Anders, of Baker City, who died August 27th, in Afghanistan of injuries suffered from enemy, small arms fire. He was assigned to the 4th Special Troops Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado.
