SWOCC Offering College Prep On Coos Campus

The Transitional Education Department, a college and career preparation program at Southwestern Oregon Community College, will be offering GED exam preparation, college and career preparation and college placement test preparation this term. Students can build a pipeline to enter college, training programs and jobs in high-demand career areas.

Orientation is scheduled for September 24th through 27th from 9am to 3pm in the Newmark Center, room 204, on the Coos Bay Campus. All new students must call 541-888-7116 to schedule a time for orientation for fall term.

Classes will be held Monday through Thursday between 9am and 3pm, based on individual schedules. Transitional Education hours are: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
