Coos Bay Sewer Line Construction Done–Repaving Planned


The City of Coos Bay replaced a portion of the sanitary sewer line on South 7th Street between Johnson and Kruse Avenues. The work was started on Tuesday, due to a failure in the pipe. This portion of South 7th Street was closed to traffic, but has now been re-opened. The project has been finished, but the contractor and the city plan to re-pave the road surface. Finishing the project is tentatively planned for October 29th, this Monday, weather permitting.
