City Of Reedsport Supplying Sand Bags For Citizens


The city of Reedsport keeps a supply of sand located at Rainbow Plaza–near the Post Office and any person who needs to fill sand bags can use that sand for that purpose. The city is again selling sand bags throughout this stormy weather season at a very low cost to any citizen or business owner who wants to make preparations for the possibly of short term flooding on their property. Person who are interested in taking advantage of this program should come to Reedsport City Hall during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9a to 5p. People who need sand bags for after hour emergencies can get them from the Reedsport Police Department.
