Dance Dance Dance At Greenacres December 1st

Dance to southern old-time music by the Eugene City Barnstormers and
calling by Woody Lane at the Greenacres Grange Barn Dance. The four Barnstormers will play up great dance tunes with two fiddles, guitar and banjo. Woody Lane, a nationally recognized caller, will lead the dancers through a variety of enjoyable and easy to learn dances. His dances are appropriate for all ages. He also adds a percussive rhythm to the Barnstormer’s music with his lively clogging. Woody will teach a dance basics workshop at 7pm for beginners and dancing will start at 7:30.

Barn Dance is a monthly public dance sponsored by the non-profit South Coast Folk Society. The dance program includes contras, circle
mixers, a waltz or two, and squares. All dances are taught and
called; no prior experience is needed. Singles, couples, and families
are welcome. Refreshments are available. Doors open at 6:45pm.
Admission: General $7, Students with id and over 60 $6, Members $5,
Supervised children under 6 free. The dances are alcohol and
