Pacific Power: 2100 Without Power, Down From 24,000


Pacific Power continues to restore service to customers affected by severe weather along the Oregon coast and surrounding areas. High winds have caused hazardous conditions including trees through lines and lines down. As of 4:40pm on Tuesday, approximately 2,100 customers are without power, down from 24,000 earlier. Pacific Power has all available crews and personnel assisting with restoration efforts to restore service as quickly and as safely as possible. Crews will continue to work throughout the day. We anticipate power will be restored to most customers by early afternoon. As a reminder, please stay away from all downed power lines and call 1-877-508-5088 immediately to report any hazardous conditions.
