THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEDFORD HAS ISSUED A HIGH WIND
WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7PM SATURDAY UNTIL 4AM SUNDAY.A STRONG STORM WILL ARRIVE EARLY TONIGHT WITH SOUTH WINDS BUILDING TO 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 60 MPH. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE SUNDAY MORNING

THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR THE SOUTH FORK COQUILLE RIVER AT MYRTLE POINT UNTIL LATE SUNDAY NIGHT. .. EARLY SATURDAY MORNING THE STAGE WAS 26.1 FEET….MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.

THE FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR THE COQUILLE RIVER AT COQUILLE.
AT 2:30 AM SATURDAY THE STAGE WAS 19.4 FEET….. FLOOD STAGE IS 21.0 FEET……MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.

A FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST OREGON…INCLUDING THE CURRY COUNTY COAST…EASTERN CURRY COUNTY AND THE SOUTHERN OREGON COAST.FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT. RIVERS AND STREAMS WILL SEE SIGNIFICANT RISES AND POTENTIAL FLOODING.
