Reedsport Fire Destroys Complex–No Injuries


A fire completely destroyed a main building in a complex containing five apartment units in Reedsport.

At approximately 9am on January 22nd, the Reedsport Fire Department responded to the structure fire at the Edgewood Apartment complex off of Ranch Road. Reedsport Fire was assisted by crews from Lakeside, Gardiner and Winchester Bay. The cause of this fire is under investigation by the state fire marshall. There were no injuries in the fire.
