Power Out For Over 1,700 Early Morning
During the early morning hours of February 7th, Pacific Power reported that approximately 1,700 customers were without electricity in the bay area. Crews responded and were on the scene at about 5:30am. Originally, the power company estimated power to be restored by about 8:30am, but by 6:45am, the number had dropped from over 1,700 to just over 200 customers. Crews continued to work and full power was reportedly restored by 7:45. Pacific Power says the cause of the power outtage was “bird interference”
