The Redhead Express brings their multi-talented combination of music and dance to the Marshfield High School Auditorium in Coos Bay on Sunday, March 10th at 3pm.

“Redhead Express” is more than just a name: it is a description of an entertainment dynasty in the making. Red hair aside, the band’s resume makes one wonder if “Express” is even a strong enough word. In 2007 the family left Alaska on a whim to travel and perform. Five years and hundreds of shows later reveal a seasoned touring and recording ensemble, with national performing credits, including two seasons in Branson, Missouri. The family has collected a variety of accolades along the way as a testament to the wide diversity of talent present: “Best Male Vocalist,” “Best Family Show,” “Outstanding Young Female Artist,” “Bass Player of the Year” – all from their stints in Branson. Now on a national tour with Live On Stage and under the tutelage of Nashville super-producer Paul Worley, Redhead Express is poised for the big stage.

Tickets for this performance are available for $25. For more information call 541-269-1272 or visit the Coos County Community Concert Association’s website at www.cccca.com. The Coos County Community Concert Association has been presenting world-class entertainment to the Coos Bay area since 1937. The CCCCA is an all –volunteer, subscription-based organization offering affordably priced season subscriptions. Each season showcases a variety of artists, including solo classical pianists, Chinese acrobats, international dance troupes, European symphony orchestras, brass ensembles and much more.
