The Pyramid Club and the Phoenix band announce a series of fundraising events scheduled for Sundays at the club, located in the old City Hall building in Coos Bay starting April 14th. There will be weekly jam sessions from 6pm to 9pm during which donations will be graciously accepted. The jam session is open to everyone and is always free of charge. They invite you to bring your instrument and join the fun, all while you support local charitable organizations. On April 14th, 21st and 28th, they will be accepting cash donations to support the Star Of Hope.

Star of Hope Activity Center is a non-profit organization that provides community support services in Southwest Oregon to adults with developmental disabilities. What began in 1964 as a grassroots group is now an organization that offers comprehensive programs, from residential and vocational to supported living and employment in the Coos Bay area.
