School children at North Bend High School can get free hearing and vision screenings on Monday, January 27th. The Oregon Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation, the nonprofit arm of the Lions Clubs of Oregon, is partnering with schools to help children in need of vision and hearing screenings around the state.

The Mobile Health Screening Program is part of the 2020 Vision campaign that aims to have all Oregon school-aged children screened annually for vision and hearing problems. This year, approximately 65,000 school children will be screened and many will be referred for comprehensive vision and or hearing exams. The MHSP will be at North Bend High School at 8:30am on January 27th, with another screening January 28th at North Bend Middle School. To schedule a screening, call 503-413-7527.
