Women’s Self Defense Workshop

A complimentary workshop to help women learn self-defense techniques will be offered on Saturday, January 25th from 1pm to 5pm at the Prosper Gym at Southwestern Oregon Community College. The Zonta Club of the Coos Bay area is hosting this workshop. Participation is free and open to the public. The workshop will be presented by members of local law enforcement agencies.
