2012 Halloween Night Haunted Houses and Happenings
Tonight at 6:00 pm thru Midnight is the North Bend Police Officers Association Haunted House. Spooks, ghouls, goblins, crazed clowns and giant spiders abound in the dark maze. Tickets are $4.00 under 13, everyone else is $5.00. Sponsored by K-DOCK 92.9 FM. Enter if you dare in the Pony Village Mall.
6:00 pm thru 9:00 pm is the LTOB Haunted Theater! Creatures of the night have transformed the theater into a dark cold mausoleum filled with shadow beasts, zombies, psychotic doctors and monsters. Tickets are $4.00 for the first time through and $2.00 each time after that. Find the theater in North Bend 2100 Sherman Ave.
5:00 pm to 9:00 pm visit the Coquille Public Safety Haunted House in the Old Lincoln School on 10th street. It is reported that this building is already haunted. Add in a Haunted House attraction and you get spooks galore! Tickets are $3.00 plus one can of food. All proceeds benefit the Shop With The Heroes program.
At 8:00 pm the Dolphin Players present a reading of War Of The Worlds. The 1938 radio drama caused panic when people thought the play was real. Tickets are 3 cans of food. Dolphin Theater is at 580 Newmark in Empire.
From 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm kids are invited to Trick or Treat in the Downtown Marshfield District in Coos Bay. More than 120 businesses are participating! Pick up your map at the Coos Bay Fire Station!
Pony Village Mall presents MALLOWEEN 2012 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Safely enjoy Halloween night while staying dry and warm. Festivities include a blacklight dance party, haunted house, cupcake walk and a costume contest. Plus, kids can trick or treat businesses for goodies!
From 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm its the the annual Community Fall Festival. It will take place at the Snoddy Gym on the Kingsview Christian School campus in North Bend. Free Hotdogs, cold drinks, treats and games. Jump – 4 – Fun for the kids. Children must be accompanied by an adult to enter this safe event.
