Always Patsy Cline To Benefit Liberty Theatre

Always…Patsy Cline
is a fundraiser to help restore the Liberty Theatre, home of the Little Theatre on the Bay in North Bend. This is a musical tribute featuring 27 songs with a live band. As a country music legend, Patsy Cline’s voice and songs are as relevant and popular today as they were over five decades ago. Always, Patsy Cline is based on a true story about the pen-pal friendship between Patsy and her biggest fan, Houston housewife, Louise Segar.
Told with humor, heartache and celebration, Always…Patsy Cline takes audiences from her career on live radio through her rise to fame at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. This musical is inspiring and a tribute to the one and only Patsy Cline! Featuring Mother/Daughter duo: Hannah (Kintner) Kahler as Patsy and Shirley Kintner as Louise.
Hannah first appeared on the Liberty stage at age three. She has continued to sing and dance in musicals and the Little Ole Opry each summer. Recently she got married and moved back to North Bend with her husband, Nathan. Shirley is a long-time director of the Little Ole Opry and has been singing on stage for over 20 years. She was most recently seen as Sister Mary Hubert in last year’s Nunsense.
This show opens October 13th and runs through October 22nd. 7pm on Fridays, a 2pm matinee on Saturdays and Sundays. The Liberty Theatre, home of Little Theatre on the Bay is at 2100 Sherman Avenue.
