Bay Clinic Changes Operations for Patient Visits

Bay Clinic in Coos Bay is redesigning the way it sees patients in response to the COVID-19 Shelter in Place order. The clinic will remain open for needed medical care and is now offering Telehealth services. They’’ll have video conferencing by March 30th. The options allow patients the ability to decide with their doctor if they need to be seen.

The options allow Adult Medicine and Pediatrics patients needing urgent care to be seen in the office. OB/GYN patients can also be seen in the office. The Allergy Department will remain open for needed visits.

Services such as medication management and wellness checks with vaccine visits for 0 to 2 years of age will also continue.

Clinic officials assure patients that any respiratory patients will be treated in a separately designated area and not have any access to the main part of the building. All evening after hours have been temporarily suspended. For more information visit the clinic’s website or Facebook page.
