Crop Up Dinner Series Coming To North Bend In August


Oregon’s Specialty Crops are the stars of the Crop-Up Dinner Series and Market Showcase created by the Oregon Department of Agriculture and Oregon State University. The dinner series has been designed to increase awareness of the diversity of Oregon Specialty Crops including fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits and nursery crops.
 
The 2017 Crop-Up™ Dinners are being held at various sites including in North Bend on Thursday, August 17th. Dine on delicious dishes built around Oregon’s Specialty Crops grown in the local regions surrounding each dinner site. Specialty Market Showcases will be happening before dinner providing opportunities learn more about the Specialty Crops.
