DA: Crum Found Guilty

Following a two day trial, Charles Crum has been found guilty of four counts of Menacing. According to Coos County District Attorney, R. Paul Frazier, those charges alleged that on December 25th of 2012, Crum intentionally attempted to place four police officers in fear of imminent serious physical injury. This case was prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Michael Chartrey. Menacing is punishable by up to one year in the county jail and a fine of up to $6,250. Sentencing has been set for September 16th.
