Horsfall Day Use Site Opens Today

The Siuslaw National Forest Service has opened all Horsfall day use sites. The agency will also be opening most of the remaining day use sites throughout June. Horsfall, Drift Creek Falls Trailhead and Siltcoos Corridor. The remaining sites will begin opening in groups on June 18th and 25th. The dates selected were at the request of local community officials to ensure community readiness for visitors. Opening the recreation sites were dependant on factors that aligned with local government, workforce capacity and the ability to provide services that are safe for their employees.
