Liana Forest And Swinging Symphonette In Bandon

On May 17th at 7:30pm, at the Sprague Community Theater, imagination combined with brilliant technical accomplishment takes the stage. Combining great classical masterpieces with brilliant styles of jazz and pop, Liana Forest brings to the stage fresh and original interpretations, giving the music a new kind of visibility, energy and aliveness. From the haunting melodies of Rachmaninoff and Rhapsody in Blue to the tuneful gusto of West Side Story, Liana brings timeless musical gems closer to today’s listener as she dazzles and entertains.

New Artists Productions will be conducting auditions for ‘Cinderella’ at the Sprague Community Theater on Sunday, May 18th at 1pm. Anita Almich, the co-director of the play says she hopes to fill the many parts with enthusiastic, energetic actors. Cast ages will range from grades one through twelve and will consist of actors from all over the south coast. “Cinderella” runs July 11th through the 13th and July 18th through the 20th. With show times on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm, Sunday matinees at 2pm
