Body Found on Beach Identified

The body found on Horsfall Beach on Saturday has been identified as 31 year-old Elmira resident Jayson Dean Thomas. Thomas was washed out to sea on January 15, 2017 along with his toddler son by a sneaker wave near Floras Lake in Curry County.
