New Rural Health Regional Associate Dean at OHSU


Oregon Health and Science named Megan Holland as the new Regional Associate Dean for their new campus on the South Coast. Holland will add this part time position and continue her role as a Physician for the Southern Coos Health Clinic in Bandon. She will help guide OHSU’s efforts to advance rural health care and train students for resident’s unique needs. The campus on the Oregon Coast was established in 2015 and has brought over 270 students studying medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy and other health fields to do rotations in the South Coast’s clinics, hospitals and private practices. Holland is replacing Carla McKelvey M.D who became the South Coast Campus’ first regional associate dean in 2015.
