ODFW: Bradley Lake Boat Ramp To Be Closed Several Weeks

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife has announced the public boat ramp and county access road at Bradley Lake south of Bandon will be closed for several weeks this summer for construction. The ODF&W expects construction to begin late this month or early August.
The project is currently out to bid. Construction will begin once a contract is awarded. The contractor will replace the existing boat ramp and add docks that extend to deeper water so anglers without boats can fish for rainbow trout and warmwater species. The project also includes deepening the narrow channel between the boat ramp and main body of the lake. The channel often gets shallow and choked with weeds.
