Seminar Connects Employees To Companies


On Thursday, February 23rd, the South Coast Oregon Employer Council will host “Employee Engagement In the Workplace”. The seminar will be presented by Claudine DiTorrice. Engaged employees allow employers to to achieve business goals faster–when everyone is working together. Those employees have been proven to be happier, resulting in less staff turnover–saving time and money in recruiting and hiring.
 
This seminar will teach how to connect employees to a companys’ culture and business goals through engagement practices that get results. Claudine DiTorrice is the Chief Creative Officer and proprietor of As If Productions and brings three decades of expertise in assessing, designing, developing and delivering workplace education solutions for companies throughout diverse industries. Branded as the “Staff Whisperer”, Claudine’s programs engage participants in the learning process so that each presentation is delivered as a dialogue, not a monologue.
 
The seminar will be held on February 23rd at the South Coast Education Service District (ESD) conference room, 1350 Teakwood, Coos Bay.
