Six-Year-Old Missing From Utah Found Safe in Coos County

The boy who was the subject of an Amber Alert out of Utah has been located safe in Coos County.  Police had issued a nationwide search for 6-year-old Terran Butler after his father discovered he had been taken without consent from the home were he was visiting on Saturday September 26th. Police say the father reported Butler missing after he went to pick him up from a court supervised visit with his mother 43-year-old Emily Jolley. Amber Alerts were issued in Oregon after authorities had reason to believe Jolley had ties to the Roseburg area. They also believed she may be traveling to the coast to make her way north to Yachats. Jolley has been taken into custody. The Coos County Sheriff’s Office has not released any information on the arrest. The Unified Police Department indicated Butler is “safe”  but released no other details saying it is an on-going investigation.
